This is the story of a Workplace
English Language and Literacy (WELL) training programme in the light
manufacturing industry. The aim of the WELL Programme is to provide workers
with English language and literacy training that will help the individual
successfully function in the workplace, improving the performance of the
individual and the company as well as increase the individual’s
"employability." |
