The WELL program does not require entry level assessment into the program. The focus is on providing appropriate vocational training with attention to the specific language, literacy and numeracy underpinning skills and knowledge such as reading, writing, and speaking and listening used appropriately in the context of the workplace.

In order to report using the NRS, however, it is necessary to map the scope of the communication involved in the training to the NRS.
