Deliver the Program

Teach the sequence of activities

The WELL program provided for two, two hour meetiings with the enterprise teacher and the team leaders each week. In this time she facilitated the identification of issues in the workplace with team leaders. First she worked with them on managing the meetings, then, as projects were identified she would model various spoken and written texts it covered, provided opportunities for group and individual work and practice as they developed real solutions to workplace organisational problems.

Monitor learners’ progress through the course

The Team Leaders progress was monitored throughout each project. Each team leader was given opportunities to contribute to the projects and some to provide leadership

Assess student performance 

Each of the activities identified the scope of the task to the NRS subject to modification given the amount of assistance provided by the teacher and peers
