Evaluation of the effectiveness of the program
 

Collect evidence from assessment process for summative assessment

By the end of the program the Community Centre will have a file for each learner. This will include enrolments for all programs.

Records to be kept from the Primary Parents Program will be:

  • The initial interview record with samples of the assessment attached.
  • The Student Progress Maps for Reading, Writing, Numeracy and Learning Strategies with samples of work or assessment tasks showing evidence of achievement (Task Cover sheets could also be used for each assessment event.)

Prepare reports

A Report is provided to the participants which describes the skills they have learned using the NRS Indicators of Competence

Accountability
The Centre will send in an enrolment form for course and report to the Adult Community Education Authority on the overall outcomes of the program.
